ePoD-UK Limited was founded on 1 June 2001 by the present Directors, Will Rayson, Mike Tier and Sir Chay Blyth CBE BEM to provide an industry standard process for proof of delivery information electronically across the Internet. We recognized a need for an alternative to the problematic paper-based delivery systems which were extremely inefficient and caused a considerable amount of additional costs to lie within the supply chain.

The electronic proof of delivery (ePoD) system offers an all encompassing system to all parties within the supply chain with the potential to service markets across the World.
Sir Chay Blyth CBE BEM -
Executive Chairman

In 1989 Chay founded Challenge Business, which has organised a series of successful and inspiring global events. He has been Knighted for his services to sailing, has received an Honorary Doctorate of Law from the University of Portsmouth and also became President of the Institute of Professional Sales and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Wessex Branch). The Chartered Institute of Marketing awarded The Companion of Honour to Chay in 2000 for his services to the Profession of Marketing. Chay is also Chairman of Inspiring Performance. His experience in solving the administrative problems of global commerce led to his involvement in the ePoD concept.

Will Rayson MBA -
Managing Director

Will has worked in the logistics industry since 1984 in both domestic and Pan-European operations. It was his appreciation of many of the problems suffered throughout the supply chain that identified the need for a far more efficient and rapid transfer of information. He is extremely experienced in all the issues and diversities which exist within the modern logistics industry and the advantages the market place requires.

Mike Tier - Systems Director

Mike has over twenty years experience in providing high-tech solutions across all areas of commerce. He has previously worked extensively across Europe and Africa both designing and implementing a wide range of innovative IT solutions involving all major communications standards and platforms. He was also instrumental in ensuring the data security of Government organizations during their transition to Internet based systems. He is exceptionally experienced in risk assessment and business continuity.
